As always, we love to support small and independent Irish businesses. this edit features no less than eight Irish businesses. This week I am very excited to include and introduce you to a new brand called Nuasan. Nuasan is a natural skincare range that was developed with athletes in mind. The founder and CEO Dara Scot says “I’d been all around the world and searched everywhere for natural products that were specific to my needs, that of an active person. Products that could stop aching muscles after exercise, care for my feet by treating hard skin and prevent foot nasties or keep me fresh on the go whilst controlling body odour but that weren’t full of chemicals and would keep me feeling fresh all day. They just weren’t out there.” Nuasan have kindly given us a 15% discount code for you all that can be used sitewide. Use code fashionfloats15 here. There are more discount codes for you all over on my Instagram account. Just click on the linktree bio. Have a lovely Sunday, Susanne x.

June 21st 2021 So what is Amazon Prime Day? Well firstly it is now two days and to keep it simple- on June 21st and 22nd Amazon offers non-stop deals on everything from electronics to home and more once you are signed up to the Prime programme. I am picking my top ten items or you that are on offer so here you go! :) Full disclosure, some of the deals are not specific to Amazon Prime but they were too good to. not share with you! :)
June 23rd 2021 Adding your own personality to your abode is a vital part in making a house feel like a home. I'm delighted to say that every piece featured in this edit is from an Irish business, be that made directly or as a stockist. The Irish homewares industry as exploded over the last decade. There really is no reason to ever need to shop anywhere except Independent's when you see the fantastic variety of quality pieces that are available. As always I have a discount code for you. To avail of €€€ off sitewide on Mano Homeware, a beautiful store with Luxe Bohemian (very much me!) vibes, use the code Susanne10. Zara Sale Edit
June 23rd 2021 The Zara sale starts tonight at 9pm on app (in Ireland) and 10pm on Zara.com then instores tomorrow morning June 24th at 10am. I'll be honest here from the get go, there is a lot of stock on the website but it is definitely not Zara's strongest season. I'm sure the uncertainties in the world over the past 18months have made them reticent to invest too heavily. It shows. Also there are a lot of pieces that are not reduced (approximately 60%)That said I have scoured the site and found the very best pieces for. you. The pieces that I think are worth investing in during the sale. Most pieces are classic with a twist, pieces that will work well with your existing wardrobe. My top tip for the Zara sale is to save the codes of any pieces that you are after. You can pop them in to the search bar then. Zara often empty. peoples baskets prior to a Sale so having them in your cart can be risky business! Also to ensure you don't go over the top with sale purchases-if you wouldn't but it at full price, ask yourself will you really wear it or are you just buying it because it's reduced! If you snap up any of these pieces, please let me know over on Instagram! Happy shopping, Susanne x.

June 30th 2021 I am asked regularly about my skin and skincare routine over on Instagram so I thought I'd do a Mini Edit of my favourite and most used products. I love trying new products to so of course there are always a few more on rotation in my skincare armoury also but these are my most used at the moment. Every week we pick our favourite new fashion, beauty and interiors arrivals from across the web for you. We do the trawling so you don't have to! Can you believe we're in July already? Where has that first six months gone? Still there are another 6 months to make good on the year if you aren't quite where you'd thought you'd be in terms of goals or achievements for 2021. I've been able to exercise again which I'm so delighted about. My energy levels have started returning to normal after almost a year. I feel really fortunate to wake up on the morning and not feel exhausted and lethargic. As a result of feeling better, I've been able to be more focused with my daily routine and I know I've mentioned it before but I find The Head Plan a godsend. I've actually included it in this week's edit. If you are trying to put some shape on your days and weeks I would highly recommend it. I digress, I've included some leisure and sports wear in this edit because finally it is something I can think about buying again. As always there are lots of fashion goodies and accessories too plus a few new skincare products I've been trialling. I don't know about you but I love to receive recommendations on beauty products. You can see all my favourite skincare products here. Hope you're all having a lovely weekend. Every week we pick our favourite new fashion, beauty and interiors arrivals from across the web for you. We do the trawling so you don't have to! Good morning and happy Sunday. What a fantastic week we've been having. My little boy and I took the week off and we couldn't have been luckier with the weather. Ireland is just incredible when the sun shines! I have almost 500 new pairs of eyes on my Instagram account this week also so I"m thrilled about that. If you're new, welcome and DM me anytime! I love the fashion chats and will happily do any fashion edit (within reason!) that you request. I have included some very pretty sundresses perfect for this weather or holidays. All are timeless so can be pulled our of your wardrobe year after year. As you know I'm all about sustainability and #30 wears so these dresses align perfectly with that. Speaking of sustainability, I came across a fantastic Irish brand this week called Arlo Blue. The core concept of the company is great basic at a fair price. They have a fantastic selection of styles and their sizes run from xxs-xxl which is a rarity in itself. Currently all their sweatshirts are 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled polyester and they are working on expanding this all the time. I have a referral code for you here on my Instagram, where you'll find lots of other discount codes too! As requested, I have included a link to my favourite Sculpted By Aimee Cream bronzer. I got it as a gift from one of my besties for my birthday and I really love it. I receive so many questions every time I wear it on my Instagram. The consistency and formula are perfect and it really lasts all day. I've managed to find it at a great price on another fantastic site- Trndbty. As always if you own or know know of any Irish businesses that would like to be featured in The Sunday Style Edit, please do get in touch. Happy Shopping! Susanne x.

Every week we pick our favourite new fashion, beauty and interiors arrivals from across the web for you. We do the trawling so you don't have to! Good morning and happy Sunday! What a glorious week it's been! We were incredibly fortunate to time our Summer holidays with the heatwave. It's been a fun filled ten days of relaxing, late balmy evenings spent with family and friends, birthday party's, barbecues, pool dips and much more. It was exactly what the doctor ordered and if I'm honest, we could have both done with a few more days. This week's Edit is an eclectic one. I guess the weather reflected some of the choices. As always, the Dm's you send me on Instagram requesting items are included. I managed to find a pair of the much sought after H sandals that a lot of you missed out on during Amazon Prime weekend. They're leather and a beautiful pale gold that will literally go with everything . The price is unbelievable too and they're super comfortable. Win win! I've included some pieces from the new Zara Bridal collection. They are so beautiful. The collection is capsule right now but I'm assured they will be adding to it. The underwear is definitely not just for brides either so check it out. Also included are another product from new Irish company Nuasan. The wipes are ideal for those with an active lifestyle, even more so in this weather. There's a discount code available that works site wide on Nuasan. You will find a list of all my discount codes over on my Instagram account in the Linktree bio. If you would like to be featured in the Sunday Style Edit, drop me a message here. Just hover on the photo to see the price and click through to view or buy. Happy Shopping! Susanne x.
Workwear Edit 28.07.21
The key to a working, workwear wardrobe is to keep it capsule and update it to keep it current with small seasonal updates. Simples! I recommend investing in one suit (if you have to wear suits to work) two blazers, one dark and one neutral, one dress, skirt and one pair of tailored trousers that are all flattering to your figure and in classic and simple shapes. After this add tops in the form of or something simpler if that's your taste, blouses and some classic crew neck tops- tee's or light knits depending on the season for layering. Lastly and key is a great pair of shoes. Essentially investing in 8 pieces for your workwear wardrobe will see you through for 4-5 years if you buy timeless pieces. As always, I recommend buying the best that "you" can afford. Workwear doesn't need to be boring. If you prefer colour to neutrals, I suggest adding colour in small ways with colour pops by way of your tops, shoes or simple accessories. Obviously if your job is less corporate and more creative or somewhere in the middle you will know the level of formality to dress to. With many people working from home now, denim with a smart blazer is a viable option. Investing in your workwear wardrobe doesn't have to cost a fortune. Marks and Spencers, Cos, The Outnet, DVF and ZARA are great places to start your search. Just hover on the photo to see the price and click through to view or buy. Happy Shopping! Susanne x.
